Painstaking work: Brazil sets standard for recycling cans

Thanks to the painstaking work of nearly one million people like this 38-year-old woman, Brazil will recycle the aluminum cans produced for the first time in 2022, according to data from Recila Latas, an organization representing the sector. This association says that recycling has prevented the emission of 15 million tonnes of greenhouse gases over the past ten years.
