Berlusconi released from hospital after more than a month of hospitalization

MILAN (Reuters) – Silvio Berlusconi left the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, Italy, on Friday more than 40 days after admission for treatment for a lung infection linked to chronic leukemia. The 86-year-old former Italian council president was taken to hospital on 5 April and spent almost two weeks in intensive care. Silvio Berlusconi left the hospital in a black limousine, according to photos broadcast by SkyTG24 news channel.
