The Kontinental Hockey League presented team images from the conference semifinals created using the Stable Diffusion Neural Network.

“Training the neural network for each club’s membership array took about 3-5 hours, then debugging the queries and creating the final images. About 600 image variations have been created for each club, from which the best one has already been selected. The central figure of each image is the team mascot. It is he who is one of the most recognizable symbols of the club, now mascots have appeared in fantasy processing, ”the KHL press service said in a statement.

In the semifinals of the Eastern Conference, Ak Bars – Admiral and Avangard – Metallurg, SKA – Torpedo, CSKA – Lokomotiv will meet in the West.

Two fixtures have been announced so far to be played on 16 March. The two remaining pairs will be presented on March 17.
