Neres’ transfer to Zenit could fail for political reasons

Benfica striker David Neres, interested in Zenit, does not want to move to Russia. He brings it back to Bola.

According to a source, the Brazilian does not want to play in the RPL for political reasons. Interestingly, he previously left Ukrainian Shakhtar due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Neres made 48 appearances for Benfica last season, scoring 12 goals and assisting teammates 16 times.
