Inter Miami announces the signing of defender Jordi Alba

Former Barcelona defender Jordi Alba has signed with Inter Miami. This is reported by the press service of the “herons”.

Note that the 34-year-old footballer has reunited with his former teammates in the Catalan squad – with striker Lionel Messi and midfielder Sergio Busquets.

The parties have entered into a two-year employment contract.

It was previously reported that midfielder Andres Iniesta could move to David Beckham’s team.

We add that at the end of the 2022/2023 season, Alba terminated his contract with Barcelona by mutual agreement of the parties. In total, he played 459 games for the blue garnets, in which he scored 27 goals and gave 99 assists.
