“I feel that the podium is accessible”, assures Juliette Labous after her 4th place in the general classification

At the foot of the podium, she finished best Frenchwoman in the general classification. At 23, Juliette Labous (Team DSM) finished this Women’s Tour de France in 4th place, fulfilling her goal of top 5 set before the start of the event. “This fourth place represents a lot, already personal satisfaction because I have worked all winter and all season for this objective and I am proud, it is the fruit of the work that pays”she said at the microphone of Stade 2.

Beyond her performance, Juliette Labous thoroughly enjoyed the eight days of racing on French roads: “I took advantage from the start to the finish. Even when it was hard, I told myself to take advantage of it because it was really exceptional. Each time, I reminded myself that we were lucky to be here”. And she already makes an appointment for the next edition: “I feel that the podium is accessible and I will be even more motivated next year.”
