Edwards defeats Usman by decision to retain the UFC title

British UFC fighter Leon Edwards defeated Nigerian Kamaru Usman at the UFC 286 tournament in London.

Note that the fight lasted all five rounds – the Briton won by decision (48-46, 48-46, 47-47).

Therefore, Edwards defended the promotion’s welterweight title. He has 21 wins and three losses in his career. A fight has been declared invalid.

As for Usman, the Nigerian suffered his third loss in the Octagon with 21 wins.
