Dynamo could not arrange the transfer of Mexican Chavez due to US sanctions

It became known that the Mexican club “Pachuca” stopped negotiations with the Moscow “Dynamo” on the signing of midfielder Luis Chavez. This was reported by FOX Sports journalist Ruben Rodriguez.

Note that Pachuca refused to conduct any negotiations with the Russian club due to US sanctions against the Russian banking sector. Discussions stalled after a bank could not be found that could guarantee timely payment for the transfer.

Recall that so far Pachuca has already reached an agreement with the Moscow club on the transfer of the 27-year-old midfielder.
