Carrascal’s agent said he was not seeking to terminate the player’s contract with CSKA

Agent Rodrigo Lopez, who represents the interests of 25-year-old Colombian CSKA midfielder Jorge Carrascal, said he did not want to terminate the player’s contract.

There is no mention of breaking the contract with the club. We have never tried and do not try to. This option is not possible. We are working exclusively on the transfer of Jorge”, quotes Lopez on Sport24.

The Carrascal deal will last until June 2026. It was previously reported that the footballer may move to the Brazilian Vasco da Gama. The club is waiting for the resolution of the situation with the agreement with CSKA. Vasco da Gama has offered 4.5 million euros for 50% of the midfielder’s rights.
