A unique sports show of this summer Hydrofly Fest-2023 took place in Izmailovsky Park

On this day, 56 athletes from all over the world demonstrated dizzying stunts, a costume show took place on the surface of the water, and everyone was able to fly through the air together with a professional athlete. 40,000 spectators attended the festival!

Hydrofly is a new extreme sport that has won the hearts of millions of active lifestyle lovers around the world. This is not surprising, because the performance of professional athletes in this discipline is an exciting and extraordinary sight. With the help of special equipment, they fly over the water along a complex trajectory, using the jet thrust of one or more powerful jets of water.

In 2023, 56 representatives of different regions and countries took part in the competitive part of the festival: Russia (Crimea, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Perm, Bryansk, Cherepovets, Nizhny Novgorod region, Naberezhnye Chelny, etc.), the Republic of Belarus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, the Maldives and the USA. Spectators were captivated by the flights of two reigning champions of Russia, as well as winners of Russian and international competitions.

The end of the competitive part of the festival was marked by demonstration performances. The holiday ended with a special program, which included spectacular performances of extreme bikers, as well as an evening concert program with the participation of Olga Seryabkina.
