MOSCOW, May 15 (Reuters) – The real effective exchange rate of the ruble fell by 6.8% against a basket of currencies in April and fell by 20.4% in the first four months of this year, according to preliminary data from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. They also show that the real effective exchange rate of the ruble in April this year was 16% higher than in April 2022.
