The Management Board of Novatek recommended the final dividend for 2022 in the amount of Rs 60.58/share

MOSCOW, March 17 (Reuters) – Novatek’s board of directors has recommended a final 2022 dividend of 60.58 rubles per share, the company said on Friday.

Taking into account the dividend advances for the first half of 2022 in the amount of 45 rubles per share, Novatek’s total distribution to shareholders for the year will amount to 105.58 rubles per share.

The list of persons entitled to the dividend will be determined on May 3, 2023.

The annual meeting of shareholders, at which the issue of the dividend will be considered, will be held on April 21, 2023 by correspondence vote. The list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting will be drawn up as of March 28, 2023. (Oksana Kobzeva)
