MOSCOW, July 17 (Reuters) – Russia cuts the schedule for the shipment of crude oil via main pipelines outside the country to destination ports in the third quarter of 2023 by 2.1 million tons, in line with its decision to voluntarily limit oil exports in August, the Energy Ministry said on Monday .

Reducing the volume of the export schedule will affect both deliveries to Russian seaports (Novorossiysk, Primorsk, Ust-Luga) and pipeline deliveries, the report says. (Moscow office)
