In the Belgorod region, due to the penetration of saboteurs from Ukraine, an anti-terrorist operation regime is being introduced, governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

Special measures and restrictions are being introduced in the region, ranging from checking the documents of individuals to suspending the activities of dangerous industries and organizations that use explosive, radioactive, chemically and biologically hazardous substances.

In the Belgorod region, they began to block the Internet and mobile communications, eyewitnesses told the TASS agency. Currently, work is underway in the region to “push out and destroy” the saboteurs who came from Ukraine, the Kremlin says.
