Google owner to lay off 12,000 employees: Alphabet CEO

Jan 20 (Reuters) – Alphabet Inc is cutting 12,000 jobs, according to a CEO memo provided to Reuters.

Previously, the technology sector was shocked by the news of the dismissal of 10,000 employees by Microsoft Corp.
