European stock markets start the week in the green
European stocks opened slightly higher on Monday, focused on negotiations on the debt ceiling of the United States.
The Paris Stock Exchange took 0.38% to 7,443.38 points at 9 a.m. (0700 GMT). Frankfurt rose by 0.33%, Milan by 0.39% and London by 0.40% in the first exchanges.
