European stock markets open lower

European stock markets fell again on Wednesday at the opening, releasing some of their rebound from the day before in a context still strained by the banking shock in the United States and the upcoming meetings of the major central banks.

London fell by 0.25%, Paris by 0.26%, Frankfurt by 0.38%. European government bond rates on the bond market tightened, while remaining far from their level at the end of last week.
