European stock markets open almost at equilibrium

European stock markets opened almost at equilibrium on Monday, a little reassured after the measures announced on Sunday by the American authorities to limit the impact of several regional bank failures.

Paris fell by 0.13%, London by 0.08% and Frankfurt rose by 0.05% at the opening. Friday, they had fallen sharply, as well as Wall Street, after the announcement of the difficulties of Silicon Valley Bank.
