European stock markets end down due to economic uncertainties

European stock markets ended in decline Thursday, the day after a session of sharp decline, because of a cocktail of macroeconomic uncertainties, in particular on the American debt. The Paris Stock Exchange fell 0.33% to 7,229.27 points, its lowest closing level since the end of March. Frankfurt lost 0.31%, London 0.74% and Milan 0.44%.
