Septuors Innovation & Economy: an important premiere on 25 May in Tarn-et-Garonne

They are women and men who are entrepreneurs, who innovate, who create jobs in their own territory, who know how to federate themselves and sometimes even take risks: it is to highlight their know-how, their dynamism and their talent. Midi Group has created the Innovation & Economy Sectors. A trophy to reward entrepreneurial successes throughout our region.

Tarn-et-Garonne, a department ideally located on the map of the Occitanie region, in full demographic growth, does not lack economic resources. Agribusiness, aeronautics, logistics and the nuclear industry are the spearheads of the Tarn-et-Garonne economy. But our department excels in many other areas.

Many institutional and private partners

We will have a magnificent illustration of this this Thursday 25 May in Montauban, in the reception room of the Departmental Council which will therefore host, from 6.30 pm, the first edition of the Septuors du 82. The Tarn-et-Garonne Department, the Occitanie Region and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tarn-et-Garonne are the institutional partners of the event. The Tourism Development Agency (ADT 82), the Séché group, Cerfrance, Prévifrance, the departmental federation of trade associations of the Tarn-et-Garonne (FDAC 82), Viasat Connect, Up My Card and Octogone Fiber wanted that they also associate their name with the septets by sponsoring one of the trophies.

Thirty companies were selected upstream by a jury of experts. The ceremony that will unveil the winners on May 25 will be available for replay the following day on the Septuors Youtube channel.

Special guest of the evening, Romain Bouvet, doctor in social and cognitive psychology, will explain how hackers enter the human brain.

Almost 300 people are expected. Note an outstanding guest in the person of Romain Bouvet. Doctor in social and cognitive psychology, he will hold a conference on “Mental manipulation and cybersecurity”. An undoubtedly fascinating presentation, based on a program that Romain Bouvet had developed with the CNRS and ENAC to protect aviation security agents. Today this program has been transferred to Airbus and then to companies.
