Lot-et-Garonne: the Haryouli brothers are growing H’Burger near Labouchere in Bias

H’Burger. H, initial of Haryouli, the name of Fahim and Kamel, two brothers who belong to an honorably known Villeneuvoise family and who, at 42 and 32 respectively, are taking up a new challenge. Last week, they opened the doors of their sign in front of the Autovision technical control station at 2 chemin de Labouchère, to the right of the eponymous roundabout on avenue de Bordeaux and at the entrance to avenue Pont des Martinets .

The two partners created this family business of fast food three years ago which they established on avenue Jacques-Bordeneuve in Villeneuve. “We operated from a concept based on take-out and home delivery,” they explain. But many were the customers who asked to consume on the spot. An impossibility for us since the premises were too cramped. »

A room of 150 m²

The idea was appealing to Fahim and Kamel who have always worked in the field of cooking and who, on the strength of their experience, decided to take the plunge. “Spacious, well placed and open to the outside, the brand new Labouchere premises caught our attention,” they add. With the health crisis and the shortage of materials, the development work was spread over time. We wanted to bring a lot of care to this realization so that it is crowned with success. »

A bright 150 m2 room for eating in, a 40 m2 kitchen with high-performance equipment, a storeroom and a front terrace with tables and large red parasols make up a set that customers have already made their own. It is possible to compose your own burger thanks to one of the four terminals mentioning the products of the day from a local supplier in terms of vegetables and selected beef. Several employees are busy maneuvering. The business is open 7 days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The two managers continue to run their Villeneuve H’Burger in parallel under the same conditions as before. And like to say: “We are independent, but we have nothing to envy to the big chains! Their radiant face and their kindness read like an invitation.
