In Calvignac, a Gîte de France 5 ears welcomes the leaders of the Lot project this Tuesday

From 13 to 18 March, Gîte de France is organizing the 4th edition of its national operation dedicated to project leaders. In the Lot, to support the owners in all their steps to position themselves as hosts, the departmental agency Lotoise has decided to open the doors of a 5 ears gîte to them, this Tuesday March 14, from 9am to 4am: 30:00

Throughout the day, Yves Charles, owner of the La Rivière gîte in Calvignac, and Laure Lebret, director of the departmental team of the Lot, will welcome all those who wish to embark on the adventure. Nearly 200 candidates approached this hosting network in 2022, thus benefiting from the support.

“During this day, all questions can be asked and project leaders can discuss with our collaborators of Gîtes de France, but also with the owner of the premises. Subsequently, a national webinar will be organized (subject to registration), Thursday March 16 from Dalle 12:15 to 13:00, on the key steps to open your accommodation and everything you must not forget; business plans, legal advice, advice…”, specifies the manager of the Lot agency.

In France, this network refers to 40,200 landlords offering more than 51,600 accommodations (gites, bed and breakfasts, group accommodations, children’s accommodations, stopover accommodations, campsites and chalets) throughout France.
