Graulhet: new class at Cap’Formations

“The presence of this training center in Graulhet offers the Tarnais the possibility of training in the sporting professions on their territory, whereas before they had to go to Toulouse or Rodez, explains Fannyavezac, founder and director of CAP’Formations. Sport that also solicits and rewards sports educators from local sports associations to conduct certain training modules and participate in certain certification events as a judging panel.

Graulhet offers two training courses: BPJEPS Physical Activities for All and BPJEPS Fitness Activities. These are study-work courses lasting 10 months open to apprenticeships at the CFA Sport Occitanie, which allows local sports clubs to benefit from apprentices/trainees and thus make up for the growing shortage of volunteers within the associative world.

Every year around 30 young people graduate from this training centre, thus boosting employment linked to sport in the area”.

“Furthermore, underlines Fannyavezac, the training organization is mentioned in the Regional Training Plan, which allows ten jobseekers every year to be able to start training and to benefit from full financial support for their training by the Region Occitania.”

Finally, CAP’Formations Sport benefits from the support of the town hall of Graulhet and participates in sporting events in the city with in particular the organization of sports activities during the passage of the Route d’Occitanie on June 16th.

The training organization also collaborates with local bodies such as the Local Mission, Pôle Emploi and carries out free sports activities with the OLA association, the Multisport Education Center or even the Amicale Laïque. The promotion underway on the athletics track of the Noël Pélissou stadium. Registration is open for the start of the school year next September!
