A major renovation project for Crédit Agricole’s Agen-Boé site
Crédit Agricole Aquitaine is launching a study for the renovation of its emblematic site in Agen-Boé. Delivery of the new building is scheduled for the end of 2025.
It’s a building that all Age people know. Crédit Agricole Aquitaine is launching a study for the restructuring of its Agen-Boé site. Leading bank in the Lot-et-Garonne department with one inhabitant out of two who is a customer (and one out of four companies), confirms this in a statement: “The current building, more than 40 years old, is emblematic and was historically the headquarters of the Caisse Régionale du Lot-et-Garonne. This phase of study, which will last 12 months, incorporates a co-construction approach with its staff and the Philippe Marraud Group, scheduled for the end of 2025 “.
The ambition is to launch an eco-responsible project, decisively focused on innovation, to welcome the 200 employees of Crédit Agricole and the 200 employees of the Philippe Marraud Group, thus guaranteeing the sustainability of jobs in the Agenais sector. “This major project allows Crédit Agricole Aquitaine to reaffirm its attachment to the city of Agen, its territorial roots and its commitment to the local ecosystem”.
